Premium Car LED provides all users with a TIME period to return any products on every product purchased, with an additional cost of VALUE. All items returned must be in new condition, and in their original packaging. Any discrepancies to the product itself can result in a loss of your credit being returned.
Should there be a mistake in the order on our part, then we will correct that free of charge. If you are refuse to take a shipment without letting us know beforehand, we will charge you a penalty fee of PRICE. We will only credit shipping charges for returns if the fault was on the end of Premium Car LED.
If you wish to return a product and receive a refund, then Premium Car LED is required to receive the product as well as your returns form, which you can download from here. If you do not have the original product packaging anymore, then please send the product back in a padded mailer package or a box to us.
We recommend that all products are tracked as well, so that you can guarantee safe delivery back to our offices. If you have any other questions about returns, then please contact us for more information.
If your product has been damaged en route to your delivery address, then contact us within 24-hours of receipt of the product and we can provide you the relevant details to send it back and receive a replacement or a refund.
